From vine to grapes

In this region, wine production is in our blood.

It was in Roussillon, in the 18th century BC that Greek seamen passed on the art of cultivating wine to the local people. And so, since the permanent establishment of villagers in Baixas and the surrounding villages, the vines gradually started to appear. Still focused on know-how, Baixas has essentially become a winegrowing village.

The art of cultivating vine was passed down through the generations, while preserving all the characteristics of the terroirs. Training sessions by our technicians and technical advisers are regularly provided to the winegrowers to ensure this know-how is retained, as well as offering the latest techniques.
